Job Description:
This individual will help organize, coordinate and carry out human resource department projects, processes and development for the organization, while maintaining a positive work environment.
Essential Functions:
Maintain balance between company policies and procedures and employee suggestions/concernsFoster positive employee relations and work to solve any employee issues that surface or are brought to your attentionOrganize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as neededPost open positions on the employee boardHelp with new-hire procedures:
including job postings, organizing employee orientation, creating new employee files, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly filled out and submitted to appropriate personsMake sure all health and safety regulations are followedMaintain compliance with all federal and state employment lawsMaintain compliance with FMLAPennsylvania Unemployment Compensations, (filing, forms, hearings)Worker's Compensation, (documentation, filing, monitoring)Maintain accident register, incident/injury registerPrepare and update job descriptionsMaintain Employee Handbook, Driver Information Packet, and Warehousing Information packetMaintain organizational time and attendance system and process weekly payrollRequirements and
Qualifications:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
